Ariana Torti M. Ost. Masters in Osteopathy. N.D. Diploma in Naturopathy

Ariana graduated with a Masters Degree in Osteopathy and Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hampstead, London. She won prizes in Visceral Osteopathy and Psychology. Her research project focused on the treatment of insomnia without medication, using osteopathy and hydrotherapy.

Prior to her reconversion into healthcare, Ariana worked in pressurised office positions. Her experience of stress in the workplace gives her insight on how best to support individuals who wish to balance health goals with their lifestyle. Ariana has continued with her professional development to specialise in the Functional Medicine approach, educating patients on having a healthy lifestyle, diet and mind. 

Ariana treats a variety of pain and dysfunction, from pregnancy related postural issues and post-operative hip replacements to neck pain and sciatica. She has a keen interest in supporting patients who suffer with challenging conditions that require patience and understanding, such as fibromyalgia and arthritis. She favours a multi-disciplinary approach.

K- Laser Therapist
Ariana is our resident K-Laser therapist. K-Laser decreases healing time for recent injuries, such as acute soft tissue damage, and promotes healing in long-term conditions, such as chronic pain syndromes. Conditions that would benefit from high-power K-Laser include:
