Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule please do this as soon as possible to avoid a cancellation fee and maximise the likelihood of another patient being able to benefit from the appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost. For repeated cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full appointment fee. Where possible, we are happy to work with you to reschedule the appointment to a different time on the same day.
Please arrive promptly for your appointment to make the most of the treatment time available. If over half the appointment has passed before you arrive, the osteopaths reserve the right to reschedule the appointment and the session will be considered a no-show, so cancellation fees due as detailed above.
